Ok since I read up on this setting and the music based tek, I just can't get the picture out of my mind of a Titan Jock prepping his ride for battle yelling down at his Roadie

"WE NEED MORE COW BELL!"

Cowbells would definitely fall under the Percussion skill, so that is perfectly in line with the game! One of the other options for Musical Instruments is 'Other' which is a customizable musical skill you can use to take any instrument from flutes to bagpipes and put points into it.

I can see kilt-wearing metalheads with their bagpipes blaring, advancing on the enemy who runs in sonically induced terror from the battlefield. Now imagine a 60 foot tall Titan with bagpipes...
